Morning snack at the Kitsilano Farmers Market-Oatmeal Chocolate Raisin Bar I made a couple days ago

Brunch with the roomies at home- Ty's scrambled eggs topped w/ caramelized onions and cheddar, hash browns and my Apple Ricotta Almond Muffins
Mid-afternoon snack-Another one of my Apple Ricotta Almond Muffins

4 Course Italian Dinner I made at home for good friend Whitney who just graduated from Culinary School-Antipasti of Bresaola w/apple, mizzuna greens, radicchio and shaved grano padano cheese

At the Trout Lake Farmers Market the day before I picked up a bag of these orange bell peppers to make a sauce for the following dish...

Primi-Lobster Crab Ravioli, Yam Chestnut Ravioli w/ a Roasted Orange Bell Pepper Sauce, Peppercress Greens, Fresh Ricotta and Tiger, Teardrop and Cherry Tomatoes

Secondi-Veal Saltibocca w/ fresh Chanterelles in a Garlic, White Wine Cream Sauce

Dolce-(Dessert, last minute edition)-Ricotta, Local Honey, Bernard Callebaut Chocolate Chips and Amaretti Cookies
