Lunch at home-Yellow Bell Pepper Soup, Sprouted Grain Baguette w/ Hummus, Spinach, Red Bell Pepper, Wine Soaked Olives and Feta. Chocolate Banana Hazelnut Parfait-Plain Yogurt mixed w/ Valrhona Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Agave Syrup layered with Banana, Hazelnut Butter and Kashi Honey Almond Flax Cereal

Dinner at home-Omelet made with farmers market Free Range Eggs stuffed w/ Caramelized Onions, Aged Cheddar, Manchego Cheese and Chanterelle Mushrooms sauteed in Garlic, White Wine and splash of Cream. Toasted Potato Cheddar Bread and Spinach Salad w/farmers market Tomatoes and splash of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
