Ensalada de espinaca- Warm sundried cranberry pasilla vinaigrette tossed baby spinach and granny apple, with smoked chicken, manchego cheese and candied walnuts

Sopa de Tortilla- Tortilla Soup w/ Chicken, Pascilla Chile, Fresh Cheese and Avocado. Served w/ Grilled Cornbread and Jalapeno Honey Butter


Cangrejo azul relleno- Blue Corn Crusted Softshell Crab stuffed with Baby Shrimp and Artichoke, Halibut and Salt Cod Tamale, topped with Sweet Pepper Creamed Corn and Black Bean Scallion Salsa
