Breakfast w/ Mom at Patisserie Lebeau- Brussels Waffle w/ Fresh Fruit, Custard and Whipped Cream (not pictured, samples of Coconut Cream filled Waffle, Lemon Cream filled Waffle and Savoury Waffles w/ Ham and Cheese and Green Onion and Cheese)

Dim Sum afternoon snack w/ Mom at Fishermans Terrace in Aberdeen Mall- Egg Custard Tart, Siu Mai (Steamed Pork Dumpling) and Beef Rice Crepe (pictured below)


Dinner at Chambar w/ Mom, Aunt and Uncle
Betteraves et pommes- Cardamom roasted Baby Beet & Crab Apple Salad. Watercress & Crispy Shallots.

Ricotta Gnocchi w/ Butternut Squash and Apple, topped w/ Goat Cheese

Moule Frite (Vin Blanc)- White Wine Butter cooked Mussels, braised Celery and Leeks. Coarse black pepper, served with Fries and Aioli

Gateau a la poire- Warm Pear Toffee Pudding, frozen Rooibos Parfait & Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache.
